Presumably after her campaign manager corrected Naisy's mistake.

This is the most important story right now. I'm disturbed that Naisy tried to mislead us. We already have that in Ald. Stone. I'd like to replace Stone, and say goodbye to this kind of behavior. It's not just the lie, it's the cover up. It makes no sense that Naisy lied about this. It feels like a decision to exaggerate her experience in the neighborhood as a basis for her candidacy.

I am disturbed that no one has blamed this on Stone

I agree, this is a Stone tactic. He is so proud of having lived in the neighborhood for a million years that he would attack her on this.

But if Naisy is not being truthful or is exagerating, she should stop. That's lying and even if it's nothing big, it's still not right.

#1: I highly doubt Naisy's campaign intentionally decided to "mislead" about her living in the Ward for 30 years to sway voters. Would anyone change their vote because she lived in the Ward for 30 years versus what, 27?

#2: Naisy was outside the Ward for a few years because her mother was working in the military.

#3: How many years has Brewer lived in the Ward? How many Ward elections has he voted in?

Isn't anyone curious about the fundraising reports each candidate had to file?

I'm interested in the fact that Brewer's biggest donor was himself, at a whopping $85,000. Other than that, he's only raised some $10,000 - way behind some of the others, including Naisy.

Greg Brewer must be his biggest supporter. $85,000 will buy you alot of votes?

Did not he removes the name of the University in the Middle East from his website that he was the Architect for during the
contruction?

I seem to recall see that but now it is gone?

If you look at her web page she is now using photos of side streets and private property with litter on them to blame Stone for lack of vision for the ward.

naisy's campaign is a naisy -centered(not issue oriented)self ego trip.coreography seems to play a role and its like they're making a documentary-"NAISY'S EXCELLENT ADVENTURE"

I heard Aftab speak at the forum. This man is not only not competent to hold office, but he campaigns by making wild, libelous charges which are creations of his imagination.America is about opportunity, but this guy disgraces the concept.

I was at the forum too and i think that Aftab was the only one who talked about the issues in the 50th ward. For eg: lower the property taxes, lower the Aldermanic pay and make aldermainc job full time position, improve education and ward services, increase pay for policemen and teachers, end the culture of corruption etc.
